Sadly the price of a 64 pack of Dunkin Donuts Kerig Cups within two weeks has gone from $29.99 to $39.99.
This has nothing to do with anything but I absolutely love watching the student athlete commercials during the tournaments. Networks should have been doing this long ago. I don't know what became of the trump meeting with the coaches and athletes but these people need to stay out of any choices. The Grey one formally known as the Orange one has better things to do than try to wreck sports.
Great SMC, as always, Roy. I feel that Bowling is a right of passage. Like you said, everyone at some point in their lives has lifted a bowling ball. I learned through my Temple when I played on the Father-Daughter League every Saturday afternoon. Those memories live large in my heart more than any trophy collecting dust on a shelf. Mel Robbins’ simple approach to peace of mind is something I’ve been practicing the past few years (with some outside therapy) and it works! Then again, happy wife, happy life as far as your newest translation with the “Andi” issue. Lastly, Ms McGraw is an icon to look up to. In my youth of long, brunette hair I’d soak up any compliment that compared me to her. I can only pray I look as content, beautiful as she does at 87. Enjoy the March Madness final leg!
I, too, love having a book in my hands. I go to the library every week to take several books out. I go through withdrawal if I run out of something to read. My husband reads ebooks. To each his own. The newspaper business was in my family for years. My brother ran the Philadelphia Bulletin newsstand in downtown Philadelphia in rain, wind, snow & sleet. That’s dedication to education.
Another great read Roy! The bowling segment really resonated with me as my dad was a semi pro bowler. I grew up around being in a bowling alley and admiring all of his trophies that sat on a tea cart in my childhood home. My sister also is an incredible successful bowler. I’m going to tell her about “Born to Bowl” on HBO. Thank you so much! Miss you!
Roy, Thank you for always telling it like it is. Thank you for keeping it real. Be well.

Happy Easter and Happy Passover…
Times are changing my friend…
As usual, Roy, entertaining and educational. For obvious reasons, I mourn every time a newspaper bites the dust or merges with another one.
It's great when we can have instant news on the internet, but we tend to look at what interests us and not all the news. We miss out on so much stuff.
I enjoy turning the pages of a newspaper. You never know what's right around the corner.
Happy Passover!
